Ms. Newland has over 36 years of experience working in the planning and environmental industry with a strong background in researching environmental impacts relative to CEQA and NEPA. Her adept knowledge enabled her to be the first staff member to write environmental documents for the large public agency for which she worked based on her understanding of environmental impacts. Ms. Newland has worked with a number of Federal, State, and Regional agencies (including AQMD) in obtaining needed permits.  As the Floodplain Coordinator, Ms. Newland enabled her local agency to be the first in southern California to reach the highest rating in FEMA's CRS Program. Ms. Newland has an extensive history working as a planner and an Environmental Specialist and would be pleased to assist your company or agency to meet its best in compliance with environmental regulations.

Ms. Newland's strong research skills in preparing Initial Studies and Environmental Assessments has allowed Seashore to offer a new service to residential customers.  Seashore Environmental staff will prepare an extensive hazard report for those looking to purchase a residential property before any purchase documents are signed. Please look at our "Residential" page for further information, or just give us a call at (714) 785-4965, and staff would be happy to answer your questions.
