Residential

Lake El Great.JPG

In the professional field and as a homeowner, I've seen buyers purchase homes in a flood zone (not aware flood insurance was required), a family in an unincorporated County property who didn't know their home was connected to a septic tank instead of the sewer system until it was too late, and countless other unfortunate situations.

Negative environmental information or hazards aren't revealed to the potential homeowner until they've already signed an agreement for an offer.

Seashore Environmental wants to provide buyers with the information they need before they sign contracts and become they invest in a purchase.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Your home is one of the largest purchases you will make during your lifetime. Seashore Environmental will do the research to provide you with more information about your proposed environment BEFORE you sign any documents for purchase.

The California Association of Realtors requires disclosure of a few of the natural hazards associated with a purchase (fire risk, floodplains, seismic).  Seashore Environmental includes these and additional impacts such as existing sewer or septic connections, building permits, electromagnetic fields, nearby flight paths, and more. *

* All disclosures, with the exception of building permits, relate to environmental information of the property's  surroundings.
